- Allopathic medicine orders are accepted on a wholesale basis only.
- Sales are restricted to valid Drug Licence holders where required.
- Drug Licence or other regulatory verification may be required before an order is accepted.
- Orders may be declined, cancelled, or placed on hold where applicable legal or regulatory requirements are not fulfilled.
Customers placing an applicable allopathic medicine order are responsible for providing accurate and valid regulatory information when requested.
4. Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical Sales Policy
- Retail sale is available across India for applicable products.
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders of ₹499 or below.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
- Orders are processed after successful payment.
- Orders remain subject to product availability and applicable verification.
