At VS Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, we take reasonable care to ensure that your order reaches you correctly and in good condition. Returns or replacements are accepted only in the circumstances described below.
1. When Can I Request a Return?
A return or replacement may be requested if:
- The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing-related issue.
- The product delivered is expired or has an unacceptable expiry period.
For medicines and other sealed healthcare products, please do not accept a package where the outer packaging or seal appears tampered or damaged.
2. Return Request Time Limit
Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Photographic evidence may be required to verify the claim.
4. Verification and Approval
All return and replacement requests are subject to verification by VS Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. If the claim is approved, we may arrange for the product to be returned or collected and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
Products should be returned in their original packaging and condition wherever applicable.
5. Medicines and Healthcare Products
For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or used medicines and healthcare products generally cannot be returned unless the return is required under applicable law or the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, defective, or otherwise qualifies under this policy.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment service provider, subject to its processing procedures.
Refund eligibility and the final refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the approved return and applicable shipping or other charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders are processed after successful payment. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
